Our bilingual education program is primarily designed to support the needs of Spanish-speaking students who are English Learners while celebrating our heritage speakers by enhancing their language, literacy, and academic skills in Spanish. Our program also supports students who have participated in K-8 dual-language Spanish/English immersion programs. Wooster offers the most diverse as well as highest levels of Spanish classes in the WCSD, with four distinct Heritage Speaker classes including an International Baccalaureate Spanish Literature class for native speakers.
