Wooster In-house Scholarships

The Wooster Scholarship Application opens mid October.  It will be open for one month. We cannot accept any late submissions.

In order to complete the application, you will need the following information:

• Academic information: Current unweighted GPA, weighted GPA, and SAT/ACT scores (not required but helpful).
• A record of your interests and activities from 9th grade to present.
• Financial Information: parent's adjusted gross income from the most recent tax return, and the amount of income you earned during the last year. (Approximate is fine)

*Students will also need to respond to 3 short essay questions on the following topics:
o Why do you feel you deserve to be considered for a scholarship? (or What obstacles have you overcome to get where you are?)
o What do you plan to do with your education (long-term goals)?
o What drives you? (or What motivates you?)**

Scholarship Awards night will be early in May.  This is an invite-only event.  If you are selected for a Wooster scholarship or award, an invitation will be sent out to the student school email and primary parent email on around the beginning of April.  

** This is the SAME question that is asked for another local scholarship. KEEP A COPY OF YOUR RESPONSES FOR YOUR RECORDS.
